·    Diamond Hone Guides

·    Soft Seats Replaced With Hardened Exhaust Valve Seats

·     Machine Valve Seats (All Three Angles Cut Simultaneously)

·    Precision Grind Gasket Mating Surface

·    Install New Stainless Steel Intake Valves

·    New Exhaust Valves at Manufacturers Specs

·    Precision Grind Valve Stems to OEM Height

·          Install New Valve Springs, Keepers and Seals and Assemble

·    Install New Rocker Arms, Lifters and Pushrods

ENGINE TESTING:

·    Each Engine is Run-In until all vital functions are certified.

·    Oil Flow is Monitored on the Run-In Stand

·    External Plugs are Checked for Leaks and Lower End is

 Monitored for Excessive Oil Passage.

·     Amperage is Monitored to Ensure Clearances.

·     Assembled Engines are Vacuum Checked to Verify Water

  Jacket Integrity.

·     Valve Train Components are Checked for Proper Oiling.

·     Each Engine is Compression Tested.
